Dan Pothiyil is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). With a strong background in clinical supervision, teaching, training, and mentoring, he has supervised numerous clinical psychology trainees at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He is currently a lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University and specializes in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Qualitative Research Methodology. Dan has a strong track record of mentoring students and professionals in psychology and mental health. His international affiliation, editorship, and consultancy all testify to his passion for advancing the field.
